Antenna TV recording? (OTA - Over The Air)

TL;DR. What is a quick simple easy method to record a few hours of TV?

There is a lot of everything entertainment that I just don't watch
anymore. Most of it can be binged or watched later via streaming
services such as Netflix. However, OTA Antenna TV is still pretty
much, watch it when it was on or you missed it. This isn't even about
skipping commercials, though that is a nice bonus. And as I know there
are some online options and you can mention those for completion for
others. I won't be using CBS+, Paramount+, ABC whatever, NBC Peacock
thingy. I will either have a method for recording and watching hours
or days later or simply miss most episodes. I simply don't care enough
about "entertainment" to give away my illusion of privacy.
